SHIPPING RATES

 

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you insert your adress.

Free shipping will be added automatically when your cart reaches €50.

SHIPPING TIME

All packages will be mailed within 2 business days. After that you will receive an e-mail where you can track your package.

The shipping time may vary from country to country.

RETURNING

If for some reason you wish to return a package, please contact us by e-mail with the reason why you want to place a return.

We will explain to you carefully how to do this. All of our products display the exact dimensions and pictures so in general we don't expect returns.

BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS

If your package arrives broken/damaged please send an e-mail to info@studio-bino.com with pictures.

According to our stock, we will either send a new item or give you a refund.
